Join me in supporting real change and make an impact on young people in our communities. With the results of Election 2016, it's now more important than ever that we focus on our local communities and support youth and their families right here in the Portland Metro area.
Help us by broadening access to bicycling through programs like STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) in alternative education schools - where students enroll in Bike Mechanics class, earn credit toward graduation, earn a bike, and build the confidence and skills they need for more satisfying career opportunities.
I'm a pediatrician and work with Community Benefit at Kaiser Permanente. I'm also honored to serve on the Board of the Community Cycling Center. Improving the health of our community is very important to me, and that's why I urge you to join me in this work. Together we can make an impact!
